Martin manages Save the Sound’s website, our Sound Health Explorer interactive tool, and other digital accounts and projects. He provides creative design services for our marketing efforts and programs.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Martin has been an active entrepreneur, inventor, designer, and developer for the last 20+ years. His first company, Monsoon Microstudios, a full-service ad agency based in Philadelphia, was one of the initial internet pioneers to take online major brands like Urban Outfitters, WuTang Clan, AND1, Nutrisystem, and more. Over the years, he’s successfully helped hundreds of clients, from start-ups to well-established corporate brands, navigate the complex worlds of marketing and communications.

A long-time activist for environmental and social change, Martin has been involved with many political, environmental, and social campaigns, including the historic 2008 presidential run of Barack Obama. Seeking to combine his vocation with his passions, he joined Save the Sound as Communications Specialist in the Westchester office in 2019, bringing his vast experience to the world of environmental advocacy.

In his free time, Martin likes to research his genealogy, play disc golf, and write music. He also served on the Village of Mamaroneck Committee for the Environment and the Village of Mamaroneck Harbor & Coastal Zone Management Commission.
