Jackie is a dedicated advocate for environmental stewardship, seamlessly bridging the gap between passionate donors and impactful initiatives at Save the Sound. She is committed to aligning philanthropic goals with projects that safeguard and enhance the ecological integrity of Connecticut and Long Island Sound for this and future generations. Her most recent work was in international conservation, where she devoted nearly a decade to preserving rainforests and protecting endangered species.

A proud native of Norwalk, Connecticut, Jackie’s deep connection to Long Island Sound is rooted in cherished memories of her childhood. From the joy of swimming at Calf Pasture Beach to boating in the harbor off Rowayton, hiking along the scenic Silvermine River to exploring the wonders of The Maritime Aquarium’s touch tank, she has a profound appreciation for the region’s natural beauty and cultural legacy.

Jackie is a graduate of Plymouth State University. She also earned a Certificate in Outdoor Leadership, reflecting her lifelong passion for environmental education and outdoor experiences. Jackie cherishes long summer days spent at the beach and winter nights curled up by a fire with a good book – always in the company of family and friends.
