David’s career-long interest in the environment began during his undergrad years and continued with a clerkship in the Environmental Civil Enforcement Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and a J. D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Environmental Law Journal.
