Cary joined Save the Sound in June 2019 as the Green Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, he will help oversee the design and construction of stormwater management and habitat restoration projects. Cary holds an MS in Ecological Design from The Conway School and a BA in American Studies from Williams College. Previously, Cary worked for The Nature Conservancy’s Urban Conservation and Coastal Resilience teams in Connecticut where he helped to identify and design green infrastructure projects across the state. In his spare time, you can find Cary section hiking the Appalachian Trail, tinkering at the local makerspace, and competing in the local 48-hour filmmaking festival.
