Financials and Annual Reports
Save the Sound is a nonprofit organization that takes on broad, significant environmental issues and creates lasting change that protects land, air, and water of Connecticut and the whole Sound region.
Our core strengths include policy development and advocacy, coalition-building, and litigation, as well as direct, on-the-ground habitat restoration and volunteer efforts. Drawing on over 40 years of experience in public outreach, we inspire citizens to action and build diverse coalitions to lay the groundwork for legal and legislative advocacy that gets results. We see to it that environmental laws are enforced, and advocate for policies that protect our region’s special places, wildlife, and public health.
Your support fuels these accomplishments and more.
Download our most recent financial statement, Form 990, or recent annual reports for more information on how we use the funds entrusted to our care.

In keeping with fundraising best management practices, we pledge not to trade, share, or sell a donor’s personal information unless a donor gives us permission to do so.
