Transportation Funding Forum Recap

Monday was our Transportation Funding Forum and it was a great success. We had over 150 public officials, advocates, and residents come out to learn about the state of transportation funding, the state’s needs, and what we need to do to move forward in the future.

The forum started with remarks by Governor Dannel P. Malloy, who announced the creation of an inter-agency work group made up of representatives from the Departments of Transportation, Energy and Environmental Protection, Economic and Community Development, and the Office of Policy and Management.
